The launch date is slowly getting closer and we keep seeing news about retailers getting promotional Wii U stuff already.
So who here is pre-ordering a Wii U and where will you be pre-ording it from?

My last few consoles that I pre-ordered I did it at my local EB games, I even rocked up to the midnight launch for the Wii [MOG]

Not pre-ordering one. Will most likely get it down the line when more games are available and it's cheaper. I haven't been gaming too much lately to really want the Wii U.

Ugh, not even sure. Yeah, there's Pikmin 3 but that's it for the time being. I really hate where consoles are heading this new gen and Nintendo's direction with the WiiU isn't really getting me excited. Maybe I just hate change.

Or I just have more than enough reason to completely stick to PC.

It's true though @Kenni even though I'm getting a Wii U at launch, I'm more excited for PC gaming than the new consoles by far. I'm actually considering skipping Sony and Microsoft's next consoles unless they have something super special to show us.

I probably won't skip MS, but I sure as hell gonna skip Sony considering my interest for my PS3 has died even though it has sooo many awesome exclusives. It's a shame, but that's one less console I can worry about.

Yeah, I don't know. Everytime I walk past a shop with Wii U box art, I think "Hey, I could just go in and pre-order" but don't.

I'm with Matteh here. Wait till it's cheaper/more games.

I'll probably pre-order, but wait until late.

I pre-ordrered my Wii at EB, then price matched the Target deal on the day.

But I bought my 3DS online since Dick Smith's deal was too good to refuse (and EB don't match online).
