problem with mod chip purchase

Hello Im very new to wii and mine wanted a modchip recently and I was recommended to get it chipped here by ozmodchips.com.au in australia

Up until sending them money by bank transfer they answered all my emails-

I called them and sent them $200 Aus dollars and since sending the money all my emails have been ignored by them-

1. They have no phone number on their site.
2. Ive emailed asking for an address and its ignored as well as any other plea ive made.

They say they are official Wii key distributor so I emailed wii-key.cn and they have not emailed any reply either.?

Im hoping some users of this forum can tell me if Ive done something or its usual in modchip world for this to happen.,

i bought a number of items from them before with no problems.

when did you send the bank transfer? it usually takes 2 working days for them to get the money.

also you can send a private message to ozmodchps, he works there and he'll be able to help you.

Don't panic. This business won't runaway from you. When did you deposit money? If it has been more than two days, check your bank account, just incase you got a refund for incorrect bank details.

Ozmodchps is a member on this site, and hopefully he should be here to address your problem.

Yeah Stress Less mate. Ozmod will be around somewhere. Nearly all of us have used Ozmod at sometime and have nothing but recommendations for them. Like Phat said check your bank account to make sure it didnt bounce back.

And this is just speculation but something may have come up that has prevented them from communicating with you. Just stay patient, they will return - with your modchip in hand!

Also, I don't even think the people at wiikey.cn can speak English =\

Hey thanks for your input everyone- but it has been 1 week and 1 day and the last email i sent them i said whre are my chips and he said and I quote:

"i cant pay"

was his reply and since then he refuse to answer my emails- I did a electronic wire to his account and checked with the bank and he got the funds 1 week ago.

He is not helpful site at all.

Because I told him I dont have credit card- he was repeating my statement back to me thats all. But no other reply.

I just sent him an email now saying ive posted here- so I know he will reply because he wants good business.

Wii key cn replied just now saying to use a US supplier/distributor and price is $12.99US so if Australian company doesnt help Australian gamers I will buy from US yankees.

But I think we all know who we support around here anyway. Ozmod most of us have bought off you and have been more than happy with your service so I wouldnt be too concerned.
