The Wii’s motion sensing controls will immerse you in the music as you play your choice of the 60+ instruments in Wii Music using simple motions with the Wii Remote and Nunchuk.
Strum to play guitar, banjo and sitar. Drum to play jazz drums and congas, hammer away at the piano, and more! All you have to do is imitate playing the instrument you have chosen!
Up to four players can join your band and jam by simply playing their instruments to the beat of a song or improvising to their hearts content. Choose the songs you want and the instruments to play and decide whether to blaze through a rock hit or take on classical tunes, jazz or even Nintendo classics like the Super Mario Bros. theme in Latin style.
Play faster. Play slower. Skip a beat, or throw in 10 more. No matter what you do, Wii Music will automatically transform your improv magic into great music.
Wii Music will also take on a host of extra features including video playback, orchestra command, tone quiz and use the Wii balance board in drum mode as virtual pedals for the bass drum and hi hat cymbal. You can also send your bands jam recordings to friends who have Wii Music, and let them see your Mii band and instrument selections, and watch your recordings and edit them with you with the use of WiiConnect24.
