Big Ant is currently making a AFL game for the PS3, 360 and PC with is due for release sometime next year. In a recent interview, it has been revealed that a Wii version will also be coming, but that it will arrive later than the other versions.
CEO of Big Ant Ross Symons said: At the moment, not the Wii There will be a Wii AFL game, but they might not hit at the same time as the others. Essentially the way our engine works, our technology, is that we target the PS3 as the most powerful platform. Because it is, it is the most powerful platform. We target the PS3, then we move it to the Xbox 360, then to the PC. The PS3 is also the hardest platform to deal with, that’s why we do it first. Not everything you do on the Xbox 360 can come across to the PS3.
It's not known how long the delay between the other platforms and Wii will be, hopefully it won't be to long, if it does exist.
