Mighty Switch Force gets HD re-release on Wii U

Mighty Switch Force was one of the first top quality titles to appear on the Nintendo eShop for the 3DS. WayForward has just announced that it will see a HD re-release on the Wii U, redrawn in high resolution for the Wii U's HD output.

The HD version will include the same content, including the bonus levels that were added in a recent update. The WiiPad will be used to display the location of each of the fugitives you're chasing after, in the same fashion as the touchscreen for the 3DS.

What if you're not using the TV and just the Wii U Gamepad? A smaller onscreen compass will point the way, meaning players can enjoy the game with or without a second screen.

We're super excited to see this come out in HD, and hope it's not the last 3DS title to see a HD remake.

I love this game! I look forward to it on the Wii U.
Seen it, dont know if its good.
Not really interested unless it's free for those who already bought the 3DS version, but good news.
