Wii U's Miiverse community environment will showcase the world's most popular games, and will run on Nintendo 3DS, PC, and mobile devices.

Miiverse will also act as Wii U's primary way to communication with friends.

"You can see or send simple text messages, or use the stylus to draw your own words or illustrations," said Nintendo during its E3 2012 press conference.
