
No it isn't because Nintendo owns the rights to Pokemon. However, it is something very similar inspired by one of the world's biggest handheld franchises.
Little Masters looks and plays more or less exactly like Pokemon, so much so that the developer admits that's what they were going for.
"We are trying to bring the beloved Pokémon-style battle to the iPhone," said developer Riida.
The game is free-to-play, with micro-transactions for in-game currency using real money.
We're not sure how much this infringes on Pokemon trademarks, but rest assured that The Pokemon Company -- part of Nintendo -- will be looking into the matter.
