Dragon Master Spell Caster pits four elemental dragons against each other in an aerial battle. The dragons available are fire, storm, ice, and earth. Upon commencing the Story mode and selecting your element, you are thrust into the battlefield to defeat the opposing dragon while airbourne. You can use your element, melee, and cast spells. The game believes that you have already mastered the horrible controls through training mode, as there is no tutorial in the Story.
The controls are extremely horrible to use mainly because movement is controlled by the nunchuck motion instead of the joystick. A noticeable delay occurs after you try to move your dragon. The controls are also all over the place; you will need to use the remote’s keypad, A+B buttons, and shake it at the same time while navigating through the air. It’s definitely very messy and complicated.
Flight mode is a little more fun, where you can fly to checkpoints, and all elemental powers are available to use. There is also combat mode where you battle another player on a split screen. All in all, Dragon Master features hellish controls which inhibits the potential of fun.
