i cant imagine a parent filming this, probably an older sibling. it's that old flash maze that pops up the scary face and then a child reaction to it. which is actually quite hilarious.

I'm 23 years old & I still scream & run away everytime I see one of these. To this day I still have a hard time looking at pictures emailed to me for I am in fear that something is going to jump out.

And even if the picture that pops up isn't scary at all, they's just so unexpected they make you jump XD
